  • Kachur Wealth Community Arena's ice season typically runs from mid-September through mid-May. During this time, the arena hosts hockey, skating, public skating, shinny, tournaments, camps, and community programming.

    Following the completion of our concrete floor project, the facility will continue expanding year-round recreation and event opportunities, allowing the arena to serve the community beyond the traditional ice season.

  • Yes. Kachur Wealth Community Arena is a volunteer-run, non-profit community arena dedicated to providing affordable recreation opportunities for Clavet and surrounding communities.

Ice Rentals

  • Ice can be requested through our online schedule and booking system. Visit our Schedule page to view available ice and submit a booking request.

  • Ice rental rates vary depending on the type of booking and time requested. Please contact us for current rates and availability or visit our schedule page for more information on rental rates.

  • Ice rentals include access to the ice surface and assigned dressing room(s). Additional facility requirements can be discussed at the time of booking. Please see our Rental Agreement for more information.

  • Absolutely! We welcome birthday parties, family skates, team celebrations, and private rentals.

  • Yes. We accept requests for recurring rentals, practices, camps, tournaments, and seasonal ice bookings.

    Ice requests for the upcoming season are accepted until August 15 each year. Following that deadline, the Arena Board begins building the seasonal schedule and allocating ice based on facility availability and the needs of our primary user groups.

    We encourage teams and organizations to submit their requests as early as possible. While every effort is made to accommodate requests, ice submitted after the schedule has been developed will be allocated from remaining available ice times.

  • Yes. Our facility is available for tournaments, exhibition games, camps, and special events throughout the season.

  • Yes. We regularly host teams, camps, and organizations from Saskatoon and surrounding communities.

Factility Information

  • The ice surface measures 85' x 190'. Following the completion of our concrete floor project, the same surface will support a variety of year-round recreation and community events.

  • Kachur Wealth Community Arena features six dressing rooms to accommodate teams and tournaments.

  • Yes. The Hungry Cougar operates during many arena events and offers a variety of food and beverage options. Check out our hours, which are posted on social media and our home page weekly.

  • Yes. We have a Sparx skate sharpener available at the arena.
