Booking Ice
Request ice through our online schedule or by emailing info@clavetarena.com with your organization or group name, contact information, and preferred dates and times.

Rental Agreement
Before booking, be sure to review our Rental Agreement. It outlines terms, responsibilities, and expectations for all users of the facility.
If your event includes alcohol service, you must complete our Liquor Service Form prior to your event. This ensures all service is donducted safetly and in accorance with arena policies.
